Purchase Orders
All purchase orders must be confirmed via email. Purchase orders will have a PO number clearly stated. Any revisions to order details will not be accepted unless updated and reconfirmed via email on the purchase order.
Trading Terms
At this stage we only accept BPay or Direct Deposit.
Payment terms are strictly 7 days from purchase order date.
Ownership
All goods remain the property of Trending Promo Products until payment has been made in full into our account. Despatch of goods will not proceed without proof of remittance.
Shipping
Delivering on time is very important to Trending Promo Products, therefore any delays in artwork or order confirmation is at the risk of the customer.
Shipping instructions, delivery instructions and delivery dates (if applicable) must be included in your purchase order. Changes to shipping instructions must be in writing and confirmed by Trending Promo Products. We will not be responsible for any delays by the courier. Delays caused by couriers are not the responsibility of Trending Promo Products and no refunds, credits or returns will be given to the client due to carrier issues.
We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international or Australian Customs departments or by ‘acts of God’.
All orders will be shipped using our account and included in your purchase order. If you prefer to use your own account, please provide us with the carrier’s name and your account details and we will hand over delivery responsibility.
Cancelling an Order
Once a purchase order has been confirmed via writing, it is agreed Trending Promo Products will supply your product. If your artwork proof has been approved in writing, Trending Promo Products cannot cancel your order as your goods are likely to be in production.
Once confirmed, if you request to cancel an order after you receive an artwork proof all set up fees will not be refunded.
At time of cancellation request, if goods are in production or completed a partial refund will be credited towards your next order.
